Normally a fuscotaeniatus should stop at 25cm or 10" I have one here that is about 5 years old and doesn't grow anymore. He is just over 10". The only Nimbochromis which will reach the 12" you posted is the Nimbochromis Linni. This is my male while spawning earlier this year
