Since your tank is bare or full of rocks, you wanna put some wood in for all these fish. Or they have the black water tannin at the store. Gets tap water closer to real water fish prefer.

Can I use the black water in my Planted set up too??
I have never used commercially available black water. Is it as good?

you have a good amount of plants in there. I wouldn't waste money on that for this tank.
