I have one baby silver arowana about 6" in my 180g tank. Can i add 2 baby oscars about 5-6" in my tank without any problem? Please reply. It's very urgent coz if it possible as i need 2 buy them tomorrow.

It should be ok, but you never know. One could be mean and stress the other fish. Small Arowana are very sensitive fish and fragile as well. It could freak him out. Oscars are generally pretty passive unless messed with though. Eventually with those 3 you'd want a larger tank but it would house that stock for quite a while.

In my experience oscars seem to pick on smaller silvers. I would wait until your Silver gets a little bigger. An small silver that gets picked on will become skittish and will more then likely jump out. Goodluck

try it ...but, just make sure that you can seperate them if something goes wrong.. IE:a tank seperater or maybe another tank..

IME: i've tried O's with my Jar before and they always tried to beat on him..so they had to go....

just remember to keep a close eye on your baby silver ;)

Why take the chance, oscars are common and easy to come by. Silver aros grow quickly. Just wait for a few months, do it then and be sure.

NOT AT THAT SIZE!!! Wait 'till it grows.

really not a good idea

first off all keeping two oscars is a real hit or miss thing
and a 6" silver is a delicate fish and an oscar at even four inch would stress the silver a lot
just wait till the silver gains a little more size and length like 10" or so and then you could increase you stock
and silvers do grow quite fast so it wouldn't take long
i hope this helps
