Out of all that I read bacterial iOS the only possibility because it had several of the symptoms from that

So bacteria in the blood making them bleed internaly? Tried the meth blue on several fish didn't work
Meth blue can't cure everything. There are two basic types of septicemia, bacterial and viral. Nothing can be done for viral septicemia. Bacterial can be cured with Maracyn 2 if you have a low pH, like in the mid 6's and lower with soft water. If your pH is in the 7's and up with harder water Kanamycin, or Kanamycin combined with neomycin can be used. Triple sulfa is useful against mild to moderate cases in your case it's more advanced so I would suggest Kanamycin/neomycin or Maracyn 2 depending on your water. Either form of treatment can be use in conjunction with a meth blue bath to increase effectiveness.
Ok .... So leads me to this question.... Y is it only my bichirs!!!! Not any other fish!!!? And what gave them the bacteria? And y is it only affecting everything one at a time instead if just hitting everything at once
I don't know. Everyone and everything has a different immune system. Some people get sick more than others, or are more susceptible to pathogens where the next person's immune system is stronger or they developed antibodies to fight it off. I'm not a doctor, you asked I gave you an opinion.

How often do you clean the substrate? Keep in mind this type of fish spends mostly of its time resting at the bottom. Maybe try vitamin c soak on the food. I often see this on plecos and other bottom dwellers.
