I have fed a Gecko I found in some closet to my Silver Aro once.. The Aro is about 14" and the gecko was about 3-4 inches (incl the tail).

I didn't know if my Aro would go for it, but he did and it was awesome.

It's been nearly a month since then. There were no problems.

But, I guess as a general rule, you should avoid feeding your Aro any live food which you haven't cultured yourself.
