Thank you Al,Tom,fishman646,John and Tim for your great comments.
They are True Hystrix and eating great.no females left available at all,only received 6 females out 30 ,so yes only males left.
For those of you who said they didnt get any response ,Aquabid and Yahoo dont communicate very well.I miss about a 3rd of all emails.
All my fish are eating before leaving me,otherwise I will not ship them.
As far as paypal,
Paypal neither protects the seller nor the buyer,only paypal.
A seller can ship you a box of rocks and as long as they have a tracking number or airway bill number ,they will side with the seller.
All vendors of live tropical fish give at least a 2hr garuentee for live arrival, after that its the buyers responsibility to take care of whatever live is being shipped.
A seller has no protection against someone doing a charge back 4 months after the transaction,when there live fish died 3 weeks after it was shipped.
Paypal does not give you any info at all during any dispute,if you want more info you have to get a lawer and send them a summons in order to find out who the credit card company is.Paypal will always back down to a credit card company and a credit card company will always side with their customer.{ who pays their bills }
So after this your only recourse is a collection company ,which ends up taking quite a bit of the money if they do get it paid back.
So after talking to a corperate lawer , they are drafting a me a credit card purchase agreement,that if someone wants to use a credit card this will have to be signed and returned first.Its the only option against credit card charge fraud.
