So my big fat pleco got stuck in his log. He wiggled out but now has a big sore. There is a bunch of fuzz now growing out of the sore?? What would be the best thing to do?

Ok well if he is by himself then i guess you can add some fungal removal or melafix or maybe do a mix 
Also have you got pictures and do you know what chemicals i am talking about? also what is temp maybe bump that a little bit if it is already high don't bump it
Not to sure about this incase you don't have chemicals handy i think Aqua salt might help but if you have pictures that would help to see the damage extent.

Not alone. 2 Oscars and a JD. I do have Quick cure and couple of other stuff, I'll look and get a picture. Temp is 84. Can't use Quick cure on plecos, right??? I'll get the pix asap 15 minutes

well i think try that for first step see if that works if not guess next step is meds also very nice fish 
mine did the same thing a while ago the injury wasnt that bad it went away after a while but that looks worse, i'd go with salt
