pleco compatability?

vampire will do ok as long as it has its own space... They are territorial plecos... But i think you'll be fine...

The leapord sailfin is a Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps .

yes mine is a 6" sailfin leaperd pleco and he should get along with the 6-7" vampire pleco there are now two large wood pile cave like structers at the bottom as well as alot of plants

it is a 85 gallon will they still get along?

It's ok, but don't get anymore bottom dwellers as they become full grown there won't be any space left
