My pleco are dieing. I found two of them on the bottom of the tank not moving and when I check they were dead they both look very pale. I don't see no sign of injures or anything. They are both around 1 inch and non of my crystal red shrimp are dieing so I don't think its a water issues. I don't know if the other two bigger pleco killed them or its something else. Any1 have any clue what could be killing small pleco?

That is a pretty wide open on why they are dying. I would start with checking your water. Then move on to possibility of other things. We need a lot more info on your tank like temp all your levels in the tank ammonia nitrite etc. Tank mates and so on

Sorry dont' know the ammonia and nitrite. Temperature is around 74 degree. I thought crystal red shrimp are more sensetive to water than fish? Tanks mates are 2 calico long fin around 3 inch including their tail and 9 crystal red shrimp thats it and a bunch of plants floating on the water surface.

Sorry for your losses but what you described is pretty vague so we'll need some more details.

Tank details: size, w/c schedule, decorations, stock, any recent introductions in the tank?
Fish details: could we get L#, how long ago you bought them, where you bought them.

The more details the more we'll likely be able to help you. Make sure you have caves and area for your plecos to hide, if they were recently introduced you need to be sure you're giving them time to aclimate, get your water parameters chacked by a LFS. Anyway sorry again for your losses, we'll try and help as much as possible.
