Also, try more than 1 DW. Ideally they like to have multiple places to hide, etc.

Have you tested the water lately? what are the parameters? Is his stomach and eyes sunken in?

I think the stomach is abit sunken, my water is fine. now the pleco only stay to one spot and doesn't move.

Add veggie and leave it over night...It will either decide to eat or not.

"my water is fine" isnt an answer. If you dont help us we cant help you. Do you own a test kit?
