Pleco ID.. Common?

Got this guy as a "common." hes around four inches long. I'm fairly sure he's a common, the only hesitation stemming from the fact that he has a completely different color/pattern than my other common, who im 100% sure is a common.

Anyone care to confirm his identity? Thanks
