Hey just picked this up a few months ago. I thought it was really cool but I don't know what it is. If anyone can help I would be so thankful.

It is 5.5 inches. I actually diddent pay for it. My friend who works at a lfs called me up and said "some guy just brought in a really cool pleco I know you like uncommon fish why don't you come down and pick it up before I pull it out of the bag and put it in the system." It came in with two geophagus and a powder blue discus. The owner said he had them for over two years and wanted to go to saltwater. He just dropped them off, dident request credit or anything. I got lucky I think.

lol... very lucky i'd say.. These guys cost 30-40 bucks.. nice find i'd say...

sweet L200. look at those odontodes on the cheeks and pectoral fins!

Is that what those little spikes are called. I think they are really cool too. Thanks for all the complaments its one of the best looking fish I have owned. I am a very proud owner.

It has definitly sparked my intrest in "suckerfish" as I only thought of them to clean algea before. I'm trying to find a L25 scarlet pleco. Any ideas on where to look?
