pleco ID please

When what's settled. The fish? When I got it I mistook it as a starlight pleco. It was black with white spots and then slowly over a month it turned to what you see.

It has definitly sparked my intrest in "suckerfish" as I only thought of them to clean algea before. I'm trying to find a L25 scarlet pleco. Any ideas on where to look?

I konw of either riverwonders.com or aquascape.com that MAY have scarlet pleco in stock.. they are actually banned fish from being exported in Brazil L-24, 25 and other plecos...

Just like a few months ago.. there was a post about how some exporters in Brazil were caught red handed in trying to export fish.. amongst them various pleco species...

But Columbia still gets them since the own a bit of the amazon river... but prices for these guys are high....
 
Spendy and rare sounds like something my wife would hate and I would love. Sign me up for 3.
