Pleco ID....

I disagree.. its a sailfin that is semi stress.

I have two of them and once inawhile they will look like that.. when feeding they will turn back to a dark brown color....

Still a nice pleco..

I don't think so.:D lol. I have 1 sailfin pleco, and he looks nothing like this one. The pleco that I purchased as a rhino, has had his color pattern for 4-5 months now. It has changed colors as it matured.

I will have to post a video of him. His color does not change during feeding either. He is just as active during the day as he is at night.

This pleco is by far one of the most laid back, and non aggresive plecos I have ever kept. Even though it is only 6-7"+, it has an appetite of 5 plecos. It is always looking to chew on whatever it can find.
 
It's a Rhino even with the odd color. The patterns, the bumps on the side, the yellow on the tail, the long nostrils, the hump on the top of the head all belong to Rhinos.


I'm am somewhat confused, didn't you post a few weeks ago asking about prices on Rhinos that you have?

The first pix looks like a rhino, the second one out of water looks like a sailfin to me almost like two different fish but Im not that good with plecos...

nice fish though
