It's a sail fin. I can't really see the colour/pattern but I'm confident in saying it's a sail fin

I hope you have a tank big enough to keep it. They get big 15"+

I don't think so, I have an l001 and they don't have horns that big, if it was an L001 it would have to be very stressed to be that colour

It doesn't have spots like that the only spots are on the fins

Based on the "horns" and color I'd say a rhino pleco or a gibbiceps pleco. It's tough to say for sure without a good photo of the pattern.
