Maybe you should check your stock on your 90 gallon..... You shouldn't be talking.

i got into it with some stupid kid on this forum about my 90g. here's what i said

-fish were either going in the 90 or dying, and i always wanted oscars.
-they were freeeeeeee
-i edited my signature back then just so that people like you could know a little more than "4 oscars in a 90"

...no room for compassion towards lifeforms in this forum? weak.

Another silver Arowana what else?

Well at least do it right...

Oscars saved from certain death, now certain to suffer and die longer :naughty:

Pet stores can take extra fish. It is illegal for petco to refuse to take care of your fish.

If they have the tank space, they might.Depending on what kind of fish.

Found a petco with some dovii's and asked where they got them. Some guy said he couldn't care for them and said he was leaving them. They where giving them away for free, and questioned my tank size etc. Then he finally said its illegal for us not to care for fish, if we are capable of doing so. We will set up a new tank for it if we have to.

That was nice of them, but where does the law come into play?

There's got to be more to this story, than meets the eye. I'm waiting for the OP to give us more detail. Perhaps he can defend himself.
