hows your L114 doing? mine seems to be putting good size on

This is not a scarlet L-025. This is a psuedacanthicus leopardus L-600(very similiar to the L-114). Both L-025 and L-600 are both psuedacanthicus species and both are coming quite hard to come by. In fact the L-025 is banned from export out of brazil. Not sure if the leopardus is banned yet.

L114 are permitted on the export list for now, but they are the only pseuda on the allowed list, Not sure if they would know the difference between L114 and L600, so fairly safe to say that L600 are being exported still too.
