Oh wow what a collection of really great plecos.. i was so surprised ..i did not realize that you had all these and perfect colors too.. they are really something special to see.. how many do you have all together.. great pictures of them too.. good job.. !!!

Thanks for the compliments! I'm not really sure how many I have, about 45 or so. I am going to attempt a head count tonight when I do a water change. hopefully I'll be able to spread them out soon when i get a 180 going.

I love the pleco in the last picture..so cute!

Just realized that is not a clown loach..what is that name so i can find out more about it..

It's a Distochodus sexfasciatus and they tend to get NASTY when they get big. We used to have one at work about 14"-15". I do have a small school of clown loaches as well.

They all look great. I finally have 6 plecos and want more.

that's so unfair!
really nice collection, though. I have 2 9" senegals with a 6inch common, a 5 inch sailfin, and a 3 inch unID'd pleco, the senegals ignore the plecos and the plecos mostly ignore the senegals. Althogh the plecos don't let the bichers get in the way or push them aroung, tough little guys.
I think I love all of yours....
