Pleco scrape or something else?

I'll report some additional good news. Seems to be improving everyday. Nice shot of my fast growing clown loach behind.

No sponges have been knocked down last two days. He seems to not bother the powerhead anymore.now that he can sit right in front of the flow.

I still haven't seen him actually eat except for sucking on the sponges and glass. I'd feel better if he ate some repashy or wafers. I'm considering getting zucchini as he used to eat that a lot. I just wanna see him eat so I worry less. He might eat the repashy Ive left at night several.timea over the last two weeks.

Scrapes are almost fully healed. I think he's eating as I saw poop. I'm not sure if it's bc I added this garlic extract to the repashy.

Should I worry about internal parasites? I know plecos have long poops but it also has been broken up by clearer stringy parts. I'm not sure if you can see in the pic here.

All the fish that come in here have had preventative treatments for internal parasites but the fish originally in here never had that treatment. I assume they are fine bc they were over twenty years old before any new fish got added

I just worried bc he seemed to not be eating as I didn't see him suck on wafers aggressively like he used to and until last night and today, I didn't see any poop for weeks.

At least I can worry less since he seems to have eaten in last day or so.

Does this pleco poop look normal?

Poop looks fine. No need to treat for internal parasites.

He ate part of yellow squash I put in yesterday and sucked on some pellets.

Today he last this long strongly looking poop hanging. Could this just be from eating algae and not wafers or the squash? It's not white though. I used to see this occasionally.

I guess he's likely okay as he's showing interest in food again and scrape is almost fully healed.

I think I can stop worrying about him for now. Occasionally he seems to scratch his back from probably the powerhead or the HOB overhang as I saw a new scratch but the original big scrapes are almost fully healed.

I don't know why he didn't seem to be eating before but he seems back to his normal self.

I worried less last week when he ate the yellow squash pieces. Yesterday I saw him going for the algae on the fake plants, which he also didn't do when I was worried.

Today I saw him chomping on a wafer.

Also there seems to be more pleco poop.

Eating a wafer:
