Pleco suggestions please

check out a 3 beacon pleco they get around the size you are looking for, if you want a pleco for cleaning your glass an albino bushynose is one of the best for that. i used to have a lot of differant cool plecos just got tired of paying a lot of cash for something that hides all the time.

I have snails that tend to clean the algae, I just like plecos lol. I kinda like that they come in and out of view, it keeps me intrigued with them when I do see them

Also I find over a generous period of time, they tend to get brave out of the blue; coming to the front of the tank when the food goes out

I have both blue phantom and gold nugget. They have been very slow growing - I think primarily because they don't get enough "meat". Having said this, I think they are healthy and active. Here's a picture of the gold nugget. I don't have any of the blue phantom.

I was told that both would not exceed 7", but we'll see.
