Pleco with a motoro: can it work??

IME as long as they are both the same size they were ok. ive only tried common plecos though...

if the ray has a wound though the pleco will go after it..

ive always had plecos w my rays...
 
Thanks for the input Vamp, I value your opinion. Especially considering that my ray used to be in your care. My pleco is about the same length as my ray. I'm going to give it a shot, but keep a VERY close eye on them.
 
I know that I am not the most experienced person in this forum but I have had rays for a few years and I have kept different plecos with my rays without any problems.I currently have a gold nugget and a clown pleco with my ray and have not ran into any problems.
 
it would also depend on substrate? i had rays with pleco before while there was sand and the pleco never messed with the ray until i removed the sand. but they the are fine now cuz i upgraded to a much bigger tank and everyone has their turf.
