Plecos in acrylic tank?

The occasional swipe of a pectoral fin etc. from any of my fish I believe has caused the % of hairline scratches on my acrylic. My plecos I have now very rarely ride the glass, but my old group of adult L75 used to do it all the time & caused nothing compared to random fin & body swiping from all my fish which is impossible to completely avoid..so I never worried much about it in the past
 
Update: doing good, the phantoms occasionally perch on the glass but don't full on graze on it, good sign for the new tank. I'm also wondering if a large L330 Watermelon would be an acrylic wrecker?
