I like commons for a tank like that and theyll eat quite a lot of algae but their diet gotta be suplemented with vegies and wafers

Farlowellas eat ALOT of algae, or even a royal farlowella since you have a 125. Just make sure your perms are pretty good and stable.

My marbled sail fin is awsome and works real hard he just eats the same pellets as the other fish plus the algea although I was thinking about doing some veggies once or twice a week for him and the loaches.
