Doesnt look Good. My NGT is blind now from same type of problem. It started out as a injured eye[not that bad] and got worst over night, never really recovered and is Blind now. It had only one eye to begin with. Good Luck

Thanks, I hand feed it now. I think yourbest bet would be to put it in a quarantine tank, WC, Salt, maybe meds and WC.

This just came to me. When I feed them tilapia, everything seems to be normal. But when I fed them smelts on sunday or Monday i think (they are getting more nutrients than eating tilapia alone) they're still normal, but when I fed them smelts again on Tuesday, I found out that thing. Do you guys think feeding smelts is the cause? I'm going to feed them tilapia today

Op: don't forget melafix, and absolutely no to smelt causing the problem.
Double dose stress coat, healthy dose of salt (I've never known too much to cause problems but i haven't kept fish sensitive to salt),single dose mela and Pima tomorrow. Leave it alone the next day. The day after, 50% change, full dose stress coat, half dose mela and Pima, healthy dose of salt. Leave it for a day, repeat. After 1-2 weeks depending on improvement, add an extra day in between (every 3 days instead of every other).
