This is weird. This fish should be almost certainly dead by now.

I'm betting he's just pulling pics off google or it is in salt and he's just been trolling everyone...

Yea. Maybe. But there's definitely something fishy going on.

Good to see this is heading to marine ... aqualog puffer (ebert et al) p28 cites that S&S do ok in brackish as T Oblongus surprisingly (p32) well in BW and as juveniles are found in Brackish (or even FW but thats not long term) ... keep on edging to marine.. I think it will pickup on its growth as you do that now you have a 100gallon.. they like mussels... and of course Krill

See i put alot of coral stone my water ph is 8.5 and always add some coarse salt to remain brakish

Many things got messed up as the photos go through a filter and you cannot get this board back to the original source file. If this is not spam I had a post citing the ebert et al (aqualog puffers) said that S&S can live in Fw for a short period but as juveniles are comfortable for a while then progress to marine...

word

if you went behind the posts they were filtered heavily but I have lost patience on correcting the absolute syntax and logic on the available data within the thread and the effect (parsing) to script language behind (went native when you don't have multiple quotes accurately copied over) it but let's say until the starter actually puts up a newspaper and alive fish in the same photo I would suspect they have an element of scam even though Stars and stripes have been kept in FW for a while and a prolonged period in BW in captivity.. I do not have info on life projections though and would not recommend it in any way..
