thanks guys but there kinda shy right now its been 4 days now and there only been eating one feeder a day sometimes two is this normal or what??? coz i read some thread here that have thesame size as mine and they eat a lot already...

just give them a little more time to adjust, my buddy has a 13" Mono and for the first couple of weeks it really didn't eat like that mabey a couple cichlid stix a day. Once this guy was adjusted, it would take out a dozen feeders in less than 30 secs. Between the Mono and his 10" Dat....... they go thru about 50 feeders in a minute, the arowana is lucky if it can grab one. Don't worry they will be eating you out of house and home in no time.

wwhhooaa!!! i followed DMACK advice to put some dither fish and i use oscar and ohh my goodness!!! this little boogers are too fast when i dropped the fish...i didnt even see the fish hit the water and there gone!!! I only see there scales floating around!!!
