Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I did just what you guys told me to and he's getting better little by little. yesterday he ate another small feeder. It's a good start, atleast we know he's not a "model"

So I will keep him in that tank until he gets bigger. He's starting to move around and not just floating on top. And he's not being carried by water current anymore.
