hi evryone..i have a 6inch FH with a good size water kok..he was fine til about 2 days ago..i noticed that there is a patch of discoloured skin somewher in th middle of his kok ..its light in color when u compare it to the surrounding skin and its become wrinkled and kok size has shrunk a bit as well..im really worried its some kind of disease..he's as active as ever though and eats as much as he used to and theres no white poop so im optimistic..any idea wat the prob could be..thanks a lot

if its somewhat cloudy looking its probably a bacterial infection. i'd up your temp to 82-84 depending on what its at right now, and add some salt. it sounds mild and if it hasn't progressed so far, i doubt you'll need medication because his immune system is fighting it off well enough as it is.
