The anal fin does not have the characteristic "point" that most males carry.

IMO, in this pic, a male monoculus is well represented on top.

Regardless, the anal fin is much too rounded in the first pic to be a male.

Its 11 incher... so its too early to tell wheather its a male or female? whats the idea size to determine its gender?
