, if you dont know yet what a sunken eye looks like, look closely to the eye of this FH, compare it to the pic you posted, your FH pic has pop eye 
and sometimes pop eye is a sign of sikness in a fish...sunken eye is rare or you'll seldom see it in FH...mostly kamfas have this feature... i think you're judging this FH based on ZZ features not kamfa....this fish is kamfa not ZZ 
red eyes are a must to most serious FH keepers, and bottom line although the FH i posted is a different form of FH i was using it for its overall body shape and hump and great bright color with those awesome blood red eyes all of which your FH lacks which is why it would be considered a low grade FH...........

kok = 5 .... as of now its not blown.. but it does a have a proportional head
color = 6..... nice, sweet but not enticing enough YET to the my eyes, would like darker redness that fades into the orangyness that it already have.. color will improve
plums = 4......... not dark, straight or enough plums... would rather seeing it without any
pearls =5....... it needs more pearlings, would be awesome if it's full body pearl.. face, head and all
tail & fins = high 8 , considering the color.. but pic doesnt show the flares of the big wide fan tail and over lapping wrap fins.. so need better pic to judge
eyes = 8 ... looks perfect the way it is, nice inset white eyes.. but be better to see in person
body shape = 8.. top section looks sweet, but bottom needs to be fatten a bit, also thickness wise, not a 10 due to not having a buff chest
well the fish in my opinion has all the great potential and values, it just need to worked on a lil bit more, becuase it is still young and have many more potential and beauties to show..
but the only downfall i see is the plum.. its too far apart..and or not long enough..as of needing them darker tooo.
well bro.. those are just my opinions and grading..just dont take peeps words to seriously.. we all got our tastes.. but as of me ...YEAH !!! KamfaS all the way!!!..
keep givin it TLC it needs ... and let see another round of judging.. cuz second round i think it will be better for i think it is easier to judge something that dont morphs..ha ha.. good luck

if you'll see his eyes in person you might give him more than 8
...the top 3 potentials i see in him are body shape, eyes and the tail & fins 
its not a low grade hell some of the low grades don't even have color I have seen some that look like POOP
