Plumbers advice needed

Update, 3 weeks in, almost done.

Wow, coming along nicely. Are you doing all the work?

Yeah it's on me. So far so good. Just put the sink in, put in the baseboards, caulked it and painted another coat of the black. Tomorrow is quarter round, another coat of white, the threshold, toilet and accordion doors to divide the room from the water heater. Then its done and I can sleep again.

Thank you very much. I've been working it hard while the kids and wife are sleeping. Here's where I'm at now, just got to caulk the toilet in and throw up those accordian doors. Also, plane the door, because now that it's painted up its sticking. That should be it.

Closer. Hung the doors, just got to set the handles and the track clips on the side that doesn't open. Two more beers and I'm in bed.

Done. I'd like to thank God for giving me the skills to handle these projects and thank my mother and father for always giving me the support throughout my years. Time for a basement poop with a beer. This is my Oscar.
