Plumping?

So next month I am closing on a one bedroom apartment. The place has a sink in the kitchen and bathroom that I could connect a python to. The sink in the bathroom is not that deep, but it has a vanity where you can get to all the plumbing underneath it. There is only a shower and no tub. Is there anything a plumper can do to make so I can drain and fill my tanks faster? I have several tanks and some large ones that I would love to use a pump during water changes but won't be possible with the shallow sink and lack of tub. Thanks

I twist my shower head off and stick a garden hose on the metal pipe. Just flip on the water add dechlor and perfect. A general diameter light duty garden hose is a good fit, just be sure to snip off the metal ends!

its a city can't do out the window. Any fast draining options?
 
the shower lip isn't way too high worry a pump would put too much water out.

Unscrew ths metal shower grate and stick the hose directly in it! Or drain into 5 gal buckets. If theres a will theres a way!
