Plywood build glass thickness

just had a quote of £58 for a 42x22 glass at 10mm so pretty sure this is now my best option id rather be safe than sorry.


how many layers of fiberglass do you think this will need??

6 / 8 mm ply is not thick enough. period!

at least 12mm. 18mm just to be safe!

glass at 2ft on a glass tank would have to be 10mm but with the depth loss due to the wood frame 8mm would work!
