I recently acquired a large piece of glass. It is 12mm thick. A little over 7ft long and 4ft wide. It is tempered. Can I safely use this for a build? I was hoping to do a room divider. About 10ft long. 4ft wide. Could I use the entire sheet as a viewing window with just about the entire top braced front to back? I was thinking to just leave maybe 2 small sections on top open for adding decor and fish.
Idea 2 would be to separate the viewing window with vertical bracing and kind of have 2 viewing windows.
Are either of these options ok or should I scrap the idea?
