great job!

i think you need bigger pump... and more bios

Thanks!

Yeah, I am putting in a second tower and a more bio media etc. I will also add a second pump. The fish are all small at the moment so I figure I have a little time to sort out more filtration.

I did actually buy a 12000litre per hour pump but I think its to strong a current in the tank. I have a 3000litre per hour pump now and am going to get another 3000litre pump later.

I just finish adding my 2nd tower to my filtration system. I'll have to grab some media tomorrow.

Oh yeah and a d-saddle for my outlet pipe, so i can get rid of my brick. ;)

I like the towers, what brand are they/where are they from?

Is there more flow to the first tower inline?

Cheers

I got them from a local store called The Warehouse they were 35$ each and are made in china. All it says is Multi-Function Storage Drawers.

The flow appears to be the same, I did expect more flow to the first.

Thank You...If you ever have flow that needs to be equal you can put a valves right before the elbows that dump into the towers...;) :D

just a question. I have no experience with plywood tanks, but I'm a bit worried about the plecos in there. Are you concerned that they might use their mouths and rasp off the pond guard in time?

Maybe this is an unfounded fear of mine, but I'd hate to see you get a leak down the road..
