Plywood tank glass removal

Probably going to try the wire thing next I was thinking braided Leiter for fishing might help but might just buy a widshield remove kit
 
Too bad you don't live near by cause we have this power tool called an extractor or express tool thats a putty knife like blade that would cut it out, maybe a multi tool would work, they make all sorts of blades and you can get one cheap at HF
 
Yeah I'll look this weekend for some new tools been hammering in my putty knives breaking the crap out of 2 one is better so maybe it'll go farther used some steel Braided line worked for the first corner but broke also might just have to keep trying that or get a multi tool n see if that will work
 
Fwiw when I cut seams on tanks, I stole an idea from my wife. when she gets her nails done, and they need to come off she make a tool from a soda bottle. It works wonders it's sharp flexible strong. And on good glass it won't chip the glass. Best thing is you can cut just the perfect shaped tool. Even put a sharp point on it so you can plunge through the seam.
 
I'm curious to see how you do that evendors if I don't use or do use the idea wow
