Plywood Tank project. Jr. MFK

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
OK, just looked at the fiberglass thread. Instead of routing out for the glass, could you add a strip of wood around the perimeter where the glass is going to go to keep it from wandering around while the silicone sets up? Either way, it looks like more corners to fiberglass.

im going to get the glass cut to almost the full dimensions of the inside, i dont think its really going to matter is it?

so far so good. shes wife material. she just sweeped up some saw dust, and didnt say one word, lol.

found it in the cats fur too!!!! lolol

You ought to try using a router on plexiglass indoors...
I was picking out plastic from everything for weeks, AND the G/F freeked and split..LOLOL
Oh well...NEXT?! I say...

Brother,

Your enclosure is looking really nice, this puppy is going to come out mint!...I can tell...
As far as the glass,
good idea...
then you'll have a larger sealing surface too...
When you do the glass side, I got a trick for you that will make that surface good and flat too...

yea booooy, you said it zennzzo. lol. Thanks again, i thought so myself(=.

Man she split over that? then you know it wasnt meant to be, lol. But i do know acrylic and anything thats metal and spins fast dont mix very well. You probably had melted bits everywhere, lol.

you'll be hearing from me when installing the glass comes!!
