Do they deliver out of town

I wasnt sure how much frame i need around the window, but if i can make my window bigger safely i will definitly go bigger. i have read other places that you should have atleast 2 inches all the way around, but that was just info on a website came across.
 
On my viewing window frame I built the frame that goes around the outside of the viewing window using 2x4s. Inside that frame, I built another frame using 2x3 lumber. That created a nice frame for the glass to sit in with an 1.5" frame all the way around to support the glass. You can see it in this picture.

i like the way you built your frame.im thinking about doing the front of the tank out of 2x4s to maybe cut cost of plywood and the fact i like the way yours is built.
