Plz help...my snakehead is MIA!

Sorry to hear about your loss...

Last night my juvenile snakehead (about 3 inches) jumped out just beside my chair. Luckily I was there when it happened. The tank was not covered. So I have learnt a lesson --- "Tank must be well-covered, regardless of size and age of the snakehead".
 
we just recently purchased a 120 gallon, swapped our cichlids into that, replaced the original snakehead and put the it in the 55 gallon...seems alot happier, but i still hear it every now and then(when the lights are off) trying to get out. never thought id see the day id have to "lock" my fish in it's tank LOL lesson learned is right. i now check the tank frequently, just to make sure :)
