add a table spoon of salt to 5gals of water.
 
dont use the tabs, and dont use the blue dye stuff, they both contain cancer causing ingredients, use i think its called melafix or something like that, just go to your lfs and find aquari-sol or the one that says its herbal, thats the good one, the other 2 mentioned before will also dye your tank and everything in it green or blue
 
melafix and pimafix.....want to try "no meds" first.
 
I just had this problem because I moved and my juvy got a little stressed. I turned my temp to 86-87, added aquarium salt and some coppersafe (doesnt dye the tank) read the instructions please. Like take out the carbon filter etc. And you want help yet you still didnt answer the question like 5 people asked you, what is your current temp?
