Similar thing happened with my texas after he got done over by my grammodes, not alot helped him an i euthanised. Mela/pimafix doesnt do anything clean water won't. And as the others said, your water looks awful. Hope you sort it out, give him somewhere to hide and do regular water changes. I would suggest every other day at least 25%. Also what are your parameters? (Nitrate, nitrite, ammonia and PH)

he is doing a lot better thanks to epsom salt melefix and daily wc he is back to 100% strenght but as far as apperence he has a way to go
