actually i'm barely in the process of setting them up in a nice naturalistic setup. I dont want to house them outdoors in a waterland tub only because they are too valuable, I need to pick up some tubs at the beginning of the month, once I get them in, I'll post pics...

Good thinking A big realistic enclosure feacturing bog habitat and plants would be owesame

Not meaning to derail and I hope that this isnt taken as such but around town there are people who walk around with carts packed with small containers of baby RES and selling them for twenty dollars.

Here to by the beach but only $5 and they are illegal. They are sold by outside vendors . Who set up shop by beach parking area .

I think RES are the only illegal turtle in Florida but again sold mid/late summer.

We saw them few weeks ago.

Where do you get your breeding stock?
Bogs turtles are insanely difficult to get and are a federally protected threatened species. Its also listed with CITES.
