NO I have never had one and probley never will they just don't do it for me

same here; I just don't find them that appealing.....Although some do make them look hella cool in pictures....

I have a 8" albino love him/her love the color and the size the most. They get very big if keep right.

I've had a bunch of them in the past, up to and slightly over 12". Even wild ones from Peru. Got rid of all of then one by one. I have no desire to ever get more. There are 100's of much more interesting fish to keep. Like aros, pbass, dovi, umbee. The list goes on........

I have a bastard oscar that attacks tankmates, attacks me, and smashes my thermometer. Begs for food constantly. Pouts when I clean the tank. One of my favorite fish.

lol my oscar is the same way. He is one 7 inches but tried to eat a 3 inch convict! He also knocks the thermometer around but has yet to break it.
