Here is a pic from the manual I scanned for ya

I've got a 36 watt Coralife and that's pretty much how I've got it set up. Although, I used Spaflex piping and standard plumbing connections. I run it with a Magnum H.O.T. canister (250 gph). The Spaflex is just hoseclamped to the Magnum canister's outler. I've had it about a month. I decided to buy one after my big tank broke out with ich and I lost a nice Green Terror. Like someone said here before, it's like a cheap insurance policy, fish get expensive.:D

As much as we spend on tanks and fishes, I'm surprised more people don't run a UV Sterilizer. The benefits are many and the only downside is the cash. But, spend now for the UV, or spend eventually to replace lost fishes. I feed a lot and the excess nutrients led to some not so clear water due to algea. My water has never been clearer since adding the UV. And no more parasites to boot.

I have a turbo twist I have set up on my 180...it really helps! keeps your water crystal clear all the time. I set mine up through a powerhead actually. Its pretty simple actually
