Well I would have to say the Muskie or northern Pike is my Favorite...to bad I cant keep one or either here.

i'll will have to say a OCTOPUS... it is for real the most incredible if u put a crab in a Jar screw the lid on the OCTO will unscrew the lid to get his lunch

realistically speaking... asian arowana for their color and since they are illegal it becomes more like a craving to have one.
