I had done a 110 this past week a friend gave it to me because it leaked, I tried to reseal it got it all done, didn't look to pretty but at first it seemed to hold water, then it burst horribly water gushed from the bottom seals. My wife had to drain the tank! What a mess I came home to! sigh try try try... can you finger your silicone too much? Like as its drying?

Sorry to hear about your trouble...and your DW still allowed the tank inside? :D

Hope you didn't loose any fish.

Not if it already is stuck to the glass. Most leaks come from a gap between glass and silicone (not trying to be funny) caused by the silicone losing its adhesion to the glass from impurities on the glass and rarely a air bubble. Hence all the talk about cleaning the glass.

Try to find where it leaked to learn from the mistake (I'm pretty sure you didn't do it on purpose).

Yeah...Looks like she's a keeper huh!?!

I've used it on several tanks without a problem (it didn't say it had mildew/fungus/algaecide in it on the label, sooo) BUT I didn't put any fragile fish in those tanks either and I did age the tanks (I age all my tanks atleast a month outside (Florida does have it's benefits)).

I didn't notice any difference between 1&2 either.
