Looking at my water change now it is closer to a 70% regime. Good now but once the Congs go in and grow up will be a challenge.

When are they going i the big tank ?

When are they going i the big tank ?

I actually moved one over this afternoon during the water change. I will watch the next few days to ensure no issues and then move the second over mid week.

They are both right around the 7 inch mark, so a little smaller than the endi I just moved over. I figured I would start with one just in case one of the big guys suddenly gets a craving for live food.

I will post a thread on the move once the second one gets placed.

I am also guilty of never checking nitrates unless something is out of whack. I usually do 50% waterchanges weekly unless I over feed then I do it twice a week.
