I like the idea of a solid square gasket, poly c, and bolts. Im toying with this myself for a 3k build. I think the bolts may still need silicone inside the tank tho so its really hard to eliminate the sealant all together. I wouldnt trust rubber paints especially on plastics, some people have issues with drying. Another thought is to just use the epdm liner itself with bolts. Seems like its just too easy to work.
