You can also cut up some A/C filters too.

I had a problem doing that very thing.
I got a air filter from Lowels and cut it up to fit on top of my DIY w/d filter.
But for some reason the small glass hairs filled my tank and they would not go away.

Hundreds of billions of small glass hairs....
So I had to drain and clean dry the tank and the filter, and wash the scrubbies.

After this all, I have always had a question if I had tried to use the wrong type of air filter?

Darn.Too exspensive for me Isnt there something out there like that but... cheaper?
