Would a course sand paper and/or dremel rough it up, dull the shine?

A high grit sand paper would remove the shine, however I've also heard that talc powder or fine sand will dull the shine also...I'm just hesitant because I would hate to mess up project that took countless hours of free time.

no clue, you'd have to contact them. ask about hydrolic stability in submerged applications.

Thanks for the input. I've got a couple folks asking if I can make these on the regular...will have to get a stable epoxy that doesnt shine.
